The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom:
and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
This section is composed of fairly short comments on various Bible subjects. Most are completely misunderstood. They are wrongly practiced and taught by “Christians” due to lack of Bible study.
There are volumes of books written about subjects that I am only writing a few paragraphs about. Virtually no one is going to read all the books, but they might read this one short site. And it only takes a few sentences and a few verses of rightly-divided scripture to be doctrinally correct and adequately foundationalized (my newly invented word) on many subjects.
I pray you get some help, as I have, from knowledge gained through Bible study which leads to wisdom which leads to actions that are pleasing to the Lord and good for your eternal health.
Get a brief checkup on each of the following lessons. And remember,
check out the scriptures and conclusions for yourself.
At this point, you know how to study the Holy Bible and have a foundation of sound doctrine. You are eternally saved and have the indwelling Holy Spirit to guide and teach you. You should no longer be deceived in any way. You can further study for yourself and probably teach or write about any Bible subject you are interested in.
The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge;
and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge:
but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
